Jason McDougall is a leadership coach and speaker passionate about helping people unlock their God-given potential and lead with purpose. Raised in Western Sydney in a family of modest means, Jason’s faith became the steady foundation that continues to shape his life and work.
Beginning his career in a trade before moving into the corporate world, Jason gained diverse experiences across industries and witnessed firsthand how leadership styles can make or break teams and cultures. Over time, he discovered the powerful intersection of faith and business, seeing how biblical principles and Godly wisdom can transform leaders and organisations alike.
